USB to TTL not included
We collect CVBS video and perform AD (analog-to-digital) conversion, encrypt the converted digital signal through FPGA, reprocess the video image, and then output it for DA (digital-to-analog) conversion, and convert it into a standard CVBS output to the transmitter.
Video-Encryption-Principle-for-Transmitter-TX-scrambling-encryption-module-Receiver-RX-descrambling-decryptionWe convert the CVBS video signal received by the receiver into AD (analog-to-digital), decrypt the converted digital signal through FPGA, reprocess the video image, and then output it for DA (digital-to-analog) conversion, and convert it into a standard CVBS output to the display.
A6: It is not encryption or decryption. It is video scrambling. Simply put, it completely scrambles the videos queues through an algorithm.
In our test video on YouTube, you can see that if we input the same encryption algorithm serial number, we can see the video. If we input a different encryption algorithm or do not use a descrambler, the video content is abnormal.
A7: Please check the below two pictures. We just connected one CVBS analog camera, one scrambler module, one descrambler module, and one monitor to verify the function.
how to test the analog fpv video scrambler from camera to monitorhow to test the analog fpv video scrambler descrambler from camera to monitorIn the picture on the left, the camera passes through the video scrambler, and the picture output to the monitor is striped or garbled, and the real picture is not clear. In the picture on the right, the camera passes through the video scrambler, and then the descrambler is added, and the picture output to the monitor is clear and real.A8: We will continue to improve our products based on the problems encountered and feedback from customers in FPV and actual usage scenarios. The following figure is our latest version in October 2024.https://ivcan.com/p/fpv-analog-video-scrambler-and-descrambler-module/
In addition, if you have any hopes or suggestions, please let us know, and our engineers will carefully evaluate and continuously optimize.
A10: 5-12V. The minimum voltage required is 5V.
Its preferable to use 12V, because powering it with lower 5V has a problem.

2025 New FPV Analog Video scrambler Encryptor Decryptor descrambler module
A9: Yes. Our FPV analog video scrambling module performs scrambling and descrambling on the video signal. It has nothing to do with the FPV VTX frequency. So it can work with any transmitter frequency.
A10: 5-12V. The minimum voltage required is 5V.
Its preferable to use 12V, because powering it with lower 5V has a problem.
