High quality and high performance Fiberon PPS-GF20by Polymaker.
Fiberon PPS-GF20 is a glassfiber reinforced PPS (Polyphenylene sulfide) filament, with minimal warping during printing and no need for a heated chamber. Designed for engineers who demand the best in thermal resistance, dimensional stability, and dielectric insulation. This glass fiberreinforced PPS filament is the go-to choice for high-performance applications across electronics, aerospace, and industrial environments.
[1]Fiberon PPS-GF20displays the best mechanical and thermal properties when fully crystallized. The printed part will not reach full crystallization during the printing process, an additional step is required: Annealing. PPS-GF20 can be annealed in the oven at 130C for 10hours.
[2]Moisture insensitivity does not describe whether the filamentshould be kept dry for optimal print quality. This descriptionof moisture insensitivity is in the context of the end-use application where extremely moisture sensitive materials like PA6-CFsee a significant reduction in mechanical properties as the part absorbs moisture. With PPS-GF moisture absorption is minimal and doesn't impact the mechanical properties of the part. For best printing results PPS-GF should still be kept dry during printing and storage.
All PPS-GF specimens were printed with 350C nozzle temperature, 90C bed temperature, cooling fan OFF and samples were annealed after printingat 130C for 10h. Samples were printed with 100% infil,2 shells and 3 top & bottom layers.

PPS is a semi-crystalline material, it's crystalline regions offer many properties, but in particular their structure deliver the heat resistance that PPSis known for. Annealing after printing is a critical process to achieve consistent crystallinity and complete the production process of PPS parts.

High quality and high performance Fiberon PPS-GF20by Polymaker.
Glass-fiber filaments are abrasive. Bending diameter of filament should never be less than 60mm.We do not recommend printing from the Bambulab AMS and Creality CFS system as the filament itself won’t like to bend.
